Key verses

Why 1 Corinthians matters

Paul writes to a church that has every gift but no maturity. The book ranges across almost every practical problem in Christian life — sex, lawsuits, food laws, gender, communion practice, spiritual gifts. Chapter 13 (the love chapter) is the answer to all the rest. Chapter 15 (the resurrection) is the answer to whether any of it matters.
