Common questions

How does the free trial work?

New users get a 7-day free trial. Apple or Google will charge you the first monthly or yearly payment only if you don't cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions, or in the Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone and iPad, open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Kerygma → Cancel. On Android, open the Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kerygma → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The questions are wrong or repeat too often.

Every question is AI-generated and rooted in a real Bible passage, but the AI is not perfect. If you spot an inaccurate question or a strange translation, please report it via the form above and we'll feed it back into our system to improve the prompts.

Can I use Kerygma offline?

No — Kerygma needs an internet connection to generate fresh questions and fetch Bible verse text.

Is Kerygma available in other languages?

English, Romanian and Spanish today. More languages coming based on user requests.

Will Kerygma come to Android?

Probably, depending on interest. Let us know above if you'd like an Android version and we'll prioritize accordingly.

I accidentally subscribed. Can I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases, and Google for Google Play purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play's refund page. The decision is theirs, not ours.
